中文說明：請輸入您報名時使用的Email地址，系統將會發送報名資訊與繳費狀態通知到您的信箱。
English Instructions: Please enter the email address you used for registration. The system will send the registration information and payment status to your email.
注意事項 / Notes
- 系統將會搜尋中文及英文報名資料 / The system will search for both Chinese and English registration data.
- 查詢結果將以Email方式發送 / The query results will be sent via email.
- 如有多筆報名記錄，將一併寄送 / If there are multiple registration records, they will be sent together.
