Submission Deadlines
- Abstract for Paper/Poster Presentation: April 15, 2025
- Full Paper: August 31, 2025
Abstract Guidelines for Paper/Poster Presentations
- All abstracts must be written in English.
- Maximum word count: 250 words.
- The abstract should concisely summarize the content of the paper, including:
- Research questions
- Background and purpose
- Methodology
- Results
- Conclusion
- Include up to six keywords.
- Select the relevant topics for your abstract.
- Provide the following author details:
- Full name
- Affiliation and country
- Contact information
- Indicate your presentation category (Paper Presentation or Poster Presentation).
- Specify your author category (Delegate, Parent, Student, or Others).
Submission and Review Process
- Abstracts will be evaluated based on their merit, relevance, and clarity.
- Authors will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of their abstracts by June 30, 2025.

Full Paper Guidelines (Optional)
- The full paper must be written in English.
- It should be submitted in MS Word format.
- Formatting guidelines:
- Font: Times New Roman, Size 12, Bold
- Alignment: Justified
- Spacing: Single
- The full affiliation of all authors, including their country, must be provided.
- Tables and figures should be numbered and cited in the text.
- Labeling format:
- Tables: Table (1) should be referred to as Tab. 1.
- Figures: Figure (1) should be referred to as Fig. 1.
- References should be formatted in Times New Roman, Size 12, Bold.
- The paper should not exceed 7 pages, including references.
- Submission of a full paper to the conference proceedings is optional for all paper/poster presenters.
