  • Abstract for Paper/Poster Presentation: April 15, 2025
  • Full Paper: August 31, 2025

Abstract Guidelines for Paper/Poster Presentations

  • All abstracts must be written in English.
  • Maximum word count: 250 words.
  • The abstract should concisely summarize the content of the paper, including:
    • Research questions
    • Background and purpose
    • Methodology
    • Results
    • Conclusion
  • Include up to six keywords.
  • Select the relevant topics for your abstract.
  • Provide the following author details:
    • Full name
    • Affiliation and country
    • Contact information
  • Indicate your presentation category (Paper Presentation or Poster Presentation).
  • Specify your author category (Delegate, Parent, Student, or Others).

Submission and Review Process

  • Abstracts will be evaluated based on their merit, relevance, and clarity.
  • Authors will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of their abstracts by June 30, 2025.

Full Paper Guidelines (Optional)

  • The full paper must be written in English.
  • It should be submitted in MS Word format.
  • Formatting guidelines:
    • Font: Times New Roman, Size 12, Bold
    • Alignment: Justified
    • Spacing: Single
  • The full affiliation of all authors, including their country, must be provided.
  • Tables and figures should be numbered and cited in the text.
    • Labeling format:
      • Tables: Table (1) should be referred to as Tab. 1.
      • Figures: Figure (1) should be referred to as Fig. 1.
  • References should be formatted in Times New Roman, Size 12, Bold.
  • The paper should not exceed 7 pages, including references.
  • Submission of a full paper to the conference proceedings is optional for all paper/poster presenters.
