We are pleased to announce that the AFID Kaoru Star Raft Awards will be presented at the 27th Asian Federation on Intellectual Disabilities (AFID) Conference in 2025.
This newly updated name honors the award’s original spirit of compassion and inclusion, continuing to recognize individuals and organizations making meaningful contributions to the intellectual disability community.

Prize: 20,000 TWD per awardee
(Approximately 100,150 Japanese Yen)
