Presentation Guidelines

International Panel & Keynote Speeches

  • Slides must be prepared in 16:9 ratio.

Oral Sessions

File Submission

  • Bring your final file with you to the venue.
  • If needed, arrive earlier to download it onto the presentation device.

Poster Presentation

  • Please ensure that your poster does not exceed 3'9" × 2'9" (115 cm × 86 cm) in size, in portrait orientation, so it can fit on the designated poster boards.
  • A poster template is available for reference.
  • Include the AFID 2025 logo where appropriate.
  • Bring your poster directly to the venue for display.
